MEP Pursuit Radar is an independent research, prioritization and business-intelligence service. Information is compiled from public and other legitimate business sources and is intended to help customers decide what opportunities to investigate.

We do not guarantee solicitation completeness, project availability, bid eligibility, contact response, revenue, profitability or contract award. Official procurement documents, addenda, owners and contracting entities control.

Budgets, package values, Company Match scores, competition assessments and risk ratings may include estimates or inference. Where applicable, reports distinguish confirmed information from estimates and unknowns.

Subscriptions renew monthly from each customer's billing-cycle anchor date until canceled. Weekly report delivery does not create weekly charges. Founding-plan service scope may evolve as the product is validated, but material changes will be communicated to affected customers.

Customers may update their Company Pursuit Profile and notification preferences through secure account access. Updated settings affect future matching/reporting; prior report snapshots may retain the profile version used when they were generated.

First Report Free Offer

Eligible new Weekly Pursuit Brief and Pro Pursuit customers may begin with one personalized report at no charge while providing a payment method through Stripe. Weekly reports are scheduled for 10:00 AM Eastern on Mondays. Customers who complete checkout and the Company Pursuit Profile before the 8:00 AM Eastern Monday processing cutoff receive that Monday's report at no charge; customers completing after the cutoff move to the following Monday, and the first billing date moves with the free-report date. The Monday after the free report is the first paid report and first subscription charge. The subscription then renews monthly from that billing-cycle date; it does not automatically reset to the first day of the following month. Customers who cancel before the first billing date are not charged. The free first report requires completion of the Company Pursuit Profile so Radar can prepare current, personalized research. Territory Partner is not included in the automatic free-report offer unless separately agreed in writing.
